Window names for package properties is not user-friendly when opened from Assets > Properties
Users can check properties of all the packages in package manager by opening an information window from Assets > Properties. The window names are however not user-friendly and contain the package name instead of display name. Check the attached video
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new project
2) Window > Package Manager > Select any package
3) Assets > Properties
Actual result: The newly opened window name is not user-friendly as it uses package name instead of display name
Expected result: The newly opened window name should be user-friendly and use package display name instead of package name

Note: Property window is introduced in Unity version 2020.1.0a19
