[IMGUI] Reset is not working on Toggle Snapping
Reset is not working on Toggle Snapping
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new Project
2. Click on Scene Window > Toggle Snapping
3. Change Move value in Snap Settings
Expected Result: Values should be set to default
Actual Result: Reset is not working
Reproducible on : 2019.3.0a10
Note: This feature has been introduced in 2019.3.0a10
