[IMGUI] Preset window does not open on single click after its closed for the first time
The preset window does not open on single click, opens on double click. Refer the attached video
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new Project
2. Hierarchy > 3D Object > Cube
3. Select Cube to view in Inspector
4. Click on Preset Icon of any property (Box Collider, Mesh Renderer)
5. Close the Preset window
6. Click on the Preset Icon again
Actual Result: Preset window opens up and disappear
Expected Result: Preset window opens up
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0a15
Working Fine with: 2020.1.0a14, 2019.3.0f1
Environment: Only on MacOS 10.14
