[IMGUI] "Maximum LOD Level" and "LOD Bias" Properties tooltip missing under "Quality" in the "Project Setting" window
The tooltip is missing for "Maximum LOD Level" and "LOD Bias" Properties under "Quality" in the "Project Setting" window, Refer attached video
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new project
2. Edit > Project Settings > Select
3. Project Settings Window > Quality
4. Hover mouse on "Maximum LOD Level" and "LOD Bias" Properties
Actual Result:
The tooltip is missing for "Maximum LOD Level" and "LOD Bias" Properties under "Quality" in the "Project Setting" window
Expected Result:
The tooltip appears when the mouse has hovered on the Properties
