[IMGUI] Having a menu item with a single character shortcut ignores it in text fields
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. In the upper Menu bar click 'Tools' and notice that the menu item 'Test' is bound to the letter 'y'
3. Try to rename any object in the hierarchy
4. Using 'y' in the text field does not input the character 'y'
Expected: Text input should not ignore characters bound to commands or menu items
