[IMGUI] Gizmos dropdown in Physics2d does not respond if cursor is hovering over it
Gizmos dropdown in Physics2d under Project Settings does not respond if cursor is hovering over it. Refer the attached video
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new project
2) Edit > Project Settings > Physics2d
3) Click on Gizmos dropdown and keep the mouse hovering over the dropdown
Actual result: Gizmos dropdown does not respond until mouse is hovering over it
Expected result: Gizmos dropdown responds even if mouse is hovering over it
Occurring on: 2020.1.0a5, 2019.3.0b4, 2019.2.0f1, 2019.1.14f1
