Collider of Setting Icon in Preset is misplaced in Animation Transition of Point Light2D
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open Point Light 2D Animator
3. Select Transition(idle >> New State)
4. Create Preset of the Animation
5. Click on Project > Assets > LightPreset > Inspector > Setting Icon
Expected Result: Transition Setting Menu opens
Actual result: Icon is not clickable due to collider of Setting Icon is misplaced
Reproducible on: 2019.3.0b4
Working fine on: 2020.1.0a4, 2019.3.0b3
Environment: Windows 10 and Mac 10.14

This issue has been fixed on 2020 version with https://ono.unity3d.com/unity/unity/pull-request/91341/_/editor/tech/1169933/Fix-the-foldout-not-being-clickable-in-animation-settings-window
