[ImageEffects] Unable to change any of the properties of "Bloom And Flares" script in the inspector
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Import 'Effects' standard asset
3. Select 'Main Camera' and attach 'BloomAndFlares.cs' script to it
4. Try to change any of the properties in the inspector
5. Notice that nothing is changing and 'NullReferenceExceptions' are thrown in the console
