[ImageEffects] TCG LUT Filtering does not give “Invalid LUT import settings” warning
An incorrect Filtering Mode on an LUT's import settings does not result in "Invalid LUT import settings" warning on the TCG component.
Repro Steps:
1) Open attached project and scene "Scene"
2) Observe correct colour grading from LUT file "TestLUT"
3) Change "TestLUT" Filter Mode to "Point" in import settings
4) Observe incorrect colour grading from LUT and no warning on TCG component
5) Disable "Bypass sRGB Sampling" in import settings of "TestLUT" and observe warning on TCG component
Expected: Warning on component
Actual: No warning
