[ImageEffects] SRR Distance Blur creates artifacts
Distance Blur creates artifacts on objects
Repro Steps:
1) Open attached project and scene "FunctionMain"
2) Observe artifacts on cubes
3) Change Distance Blur to 0, observe lack of artifacts
