[ImageEffects] Quality Settings AA causes SMAA temporal to flip the camera Y axis in forward rendering

Image Effects

-

(5.4) In forward rendering path, If Anti-aliasing is enabled in Project Settings > Quality Settings, any SMAA temporal type causes the game view to flip camera's Y axis. (Shown in image)

Repro Steps:

1) Open attached project and scene "Test"
2) In Quality Settings, enable Anti Aliasing
3) Observe flipped camera
4) In Player Settings switch the Deferred Rendering and observe fixed

Regression from V5.3

(5.3) When the same steps are run in 5.3 the effect is more like a duplicate render blended on top. When in edit mode this can be fixed by resizing the game view or adjusting something in editor (like moving inspector order). Going in to play mode fixes the issue, but then it returns when exiting (Shown in Gif)
