[ImageEffects] DoF creates "ghosting" on objects within focal range when against dark background
DoF creates "ghosting" on objects within focal range when against dark background.
Repro Steps:
1) Open attached project and scene "Scene"
2) Observe issue (toggle Visualise Blurriness" to see focal range)
