"ImageConversion.EncodeArrayToJPG" colors are different in "BGR" encoding format compared to the Game view colors
How to reproduce:
1. Open project "EncodingBug.zip"
2. Enter the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Enter and exit Play Mode
4. Go to the "EncodingBug" folder in the files explorer
5. Open and observe "RgbEncodingResult" and "BgrEncodingResult" pictures
Expected result: Both pictures colors are the same as the Game view colors
Actual result: "BgrEncodingResult" colors are different compared to the Game view colors
Reproducible with: 2019.4.34f1, 2020.1.0b13
Not reproducible with: 2020.1.0b14, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.7f1, 2020.3.25f1, 2021.2.7f1, 2022.1.0b2
