Image is distorted when VisualElement is scaled and Scale Mode set to scale-and-crop
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “Tanks2.zip” project
2. Open the “_Complete-Game” scene
3. In the Hierarchy Window, find “UIDocument”
4. In the Project Window, open the “treasure.uxml” file
5. Open the “#treasure-chest” VisualElement
6. In the UI Builder’s Inspector Window open the “Background” tab
7. Set the Scale Mode to “scale-and-crop”
8. Scale the “#treasure-chest” VisualElement
9. Observe the results
Expected result: The image background is not distorted
Actual result: The image background is distorted
Reproducible in: 2022.3.61f1, 2023.1.0a1, 6000.0.48f1, 6000.1.0f1, 6000.2.0a10
Not reproducible in: 2022.2.0a17
Reproducible on: Windows 11, macOS (Silicon)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
