Image Effects are not updated in Scene view with ImageEffectAllowedInSceneView attribute
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the project.
2. Open the "Beautify\Demos\Demo1\Demo1" scene
3. Select "Main Camera" gameobject so you can see Beautify's component.
4. Make Changes in settings in Beautify's inspector.
Actual result: Changes are not applied in the Scene view.
Expected result: Changes are applied in both Scene and Game view.
NOTE: The script has to be disabled and enabled to get Image effect updated in the Scene view.
