Image does not match background color when loaded using UnityWebRequest
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached 'project-1263825.zip' project
2. Enter Play mode
3. Observe the loaded image
Expected result: an image with a single color background is loaded (refer to the demo.png image)
Actual result: an image with a two-color background is loaded
Reproducible with: 2018.4.25f1, 2019.4.4f1, 2020.1.0b16
Not reproducible with: 2020.2.0a2, 2020.2.0a18
