[IL2CPP] Types.GetType not working on IL2CPP
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open the latest attached project.
2) Switch the platform to iOS or Android.
3) Switch the Scripting Backend to IL2cpp.
4) Build and deploy to a device.
Types.GetType is used to get 'testdll' and a message is displayed in case it was successful.
With IL2cpp Types.GetType returns null on iOS and Android. This issue does not occur with Mono2x or on the Editor.
Devices tested:
iPhone 6+ iOS 8.0
iPad Mini 2 iOS 9.3.1
LG G4 Android 6.0
