[IL2CPP][Android] App crashes with missing/outdated "global-metadata.dat" file

Reproduction steps:
1. Create a New Project
2. Build & Run for Android (IL2CPP)
3. Close the App
4. Go to the Phones file explorer and navigate to "Android\data\*PACKAGE NAME*\files\il2cpp\Metadata"
5. Delete the "global-metadata.dat" file
6. Launch the App

Actual Result: Crash
