IL2CPP Build Fails with 1 failed node when building a player using a Windows 10 SDK downloaded from Unity Hub
How to reproduce:
1. Download Windows 10 SDK from Unity Hub when downloading 2021.1.1f1
2. Create a new Unity project
3. Set the Project Settings Scripting Backend to IL2CPP
4. Build a Player
Expected result: build succeeds
Actual result: build fails
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a8, 2021.2.0a11
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.33f1, 2019.4.23f1, 2020.3.2f1, 2021.1.1f1, 2021.2.0a7
Notes:
Windows 10 SDK version 10.0.16299.0 was used
Not reproducible with Windows 10 SDK downloaded from Visual Studio Installer(without the Hub)
