IL2CPP build fails when Enums are decorated with a GUID attribute
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "StandaloneProject_IL2CPPBug_Small.7z"
2. Build the project
Expected results: Build is successful
Actual results: Build fails with errors C2653 and C2374
Reproducible with: 2021.3.31f1, 2022.3.10f1, 2023.1.16f1, 2023.2.0b12, 2023.3.0a9
Reproducible on: Windows 11 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
