IK is reversed after playing an Animation in Timeline when character has an IK Rig component
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project and Scenes/SampleScene scene
2. Enter the Play mode
3. In the Hierarchy window, select IkTarget GameObject
4. Move it in the Scene view and observe how the character is reaching it
Expected result: character is reaching to it
Actual result: character is reaching to it correctly for seven seconds and then starts reaching to the opposite side
Reproducible with: 1.0.2 - 1.1.0 (2020.3.14f1, 2021.1.14f1, 2021.2.0b3, 2022.1.0a1)
Could not test with: 2018.4 (Animation Rigging is not supported), 2019.4 (HandIK is not working)
Notes:
1. The issue is not reproducible when there is something else in the Timeline after the Animation
2. The issue is not reproducible when Playable Director's Wrap Mode is set to Hold/Loop
3. The issue is not reproducible when Playable Director's Wrap Mode is set to None
