If project is built for the first time, suggested location is random and not the root folder of the project
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Build and run on one of the platforms
Actual result: notice that location to save the build is random and not the root of the project (mostly it is another project)
Expected result: one should be suggested to save the build to the root of the project
Reproducible: 2017.1.0b4, 2017.1.0b5
Not reproducible: 2017.1.0b3, 5.6.1f1
