IES Importer throws NullReferenceException when .ies profile file is added to the project
Reproduction steps:
1. Create Unity 2021.2.0b1 HDRP project
2. Attach the "IESProfile.ies" file to the project
Expected result: IES profile Light prefab is created
Actual result: IES profile Light prefab is not created, NullReferenceException error is thrown in the Console window
Reproducible with:12.0.0 (2021.2.0a16, 2021.2.0b1)
Not reproducible with: 10.5.0 (2020.3.13f1), 11.0.0 (2021.1.14f1), 12.0.0 (2021.2.0a15, 2021.2.0b2, 2022.1.0a1)
Can't reproduce with: 4.1.0-preview (2018.4.36f1), 7.6.0 (2019.4.28f1) (HDRP IES Importer not implemented)
