[Icon::PlayerSettings] Unable to expand the icon panel does not expand in player settings
Steps to repro:
1. Launch Unity
2. Open build settings and click on player settings
3. Scroll down to Icon
4. Try to expand the Icon panel in the player settings.
Note: Icon panel does not get expanded. Icon panel is currently unusable.
