Humanoid rig root is offset by several units when using Animation Rigging

How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "TestGrool.zip" project and Scenes/SampleScene scene
2. Enter the Play mode
3. Observe the Game view

Expected result: The "Character_Big_Ork_01" model is centered on "Grool" Game Object's transform
Actual result: The "Character_Big_Ork_01" model is offset by several units

Reproducible with: 2020.2.0a20, 2020.2.0b3 (Animation Rigging 0.3.2-preview - 1.0.3)
Not reproducible with: 2020.2.0a19 (Animation Rigging 0.3.2-preview - 1.0.3)
Could not test with: 2018.4.27f1, 2019.4.11f1, 2020.1.5f1 (errors when downgrading)

    Seeing it in 2021.1.0f1. It should actually be fixed if it's fixed for "2021.1.X", right?

    Issue is still present in 2021.2 beta build (Animation Rigging 1.0.3) when using TBIK constraint, and parent constraint.

    Please backport this to version 2020.2 too, there is no 2021.1 version in sight and this is making the animation rigging package unusable to us :(
