[Performance] Huge performance drop on AnimationWindow.OnGUI.Repaint when dragging the Preview in the Animation window
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project "Physic Liner.zip"
2. In the Hierarchy window under "Canvas/Panel" GameObject select "BreakBlock_Stage_Classic (1)" GameObject
3. Open the Animation window and drag the Preview
Expected result: No performance drop on AnimationWindow.OnGUI.Repaint when dragging the Preview in the Animation window
Actual result: Huge performance drop on AnimationWindow.OnGUI.Repaint when dragging the Preview in the Animation window
Reproduces on: 2019.3.8f1, 2020.1.0b4, 2020.2.0a5
Could not test on 2017.4 and 2018.4 due to the project breaking
