[Hub] Unity project does not open when selected from the taskbar hidden icons window
How to reproduce:
1. In Taskbar select "Show hidden icons"
2. Right-click on the Unity Hub icon
3. Select any project to open
Expected results: Selected project opens
Actual results: When the project is selected, nothing happens
Reproducible with: 3.0.0-beta.1, 3.0.0-beta.2
Not reproducible with: 2.4.4
Notes: Issue is also reproducible on macOS
