[Hub] Version uninstall status is shown as "Installing Unity (queued)" while it is in queue to be uninstalled
Reproduction steps:
1. Open Unity Hub and go to "Installs" category
2. Uninstall two Unity versions
Expected result: Second uninstall is shown as "Uninstalling Unity (queued)"
Actual result: Second uninstall is shown as "Installing Unity (queued)"
Reproduces on: 2.0.2

Same in Hub 2.3.0 on Windows (Mac seems to be working fine), but when installing a new Unity version (in my case I was trying to install 2019.3.8f1, having already 2019.3.7f1)
