[Hub] Unity Hub becomes black when choosing another Unity version if the missing Editor is not installed
Reproduction steps:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. At the top right corner press the Open button
3. Select project
Expected result: Unity Hub allows choosing another Unity version
Actual result: Unity Hub becomes black and unresponsive
Reproducible with: 3.0.0-beta.2
Not reproducible with: 2.4.5
Notes:
- Issue only reproduces when adding a project that's not already in the Unity Hub list
- Issue only reproduces on Windows
