[Hub] "Something went wrong. Please try again" warning thrown when pressing "Show more" button in Recommended tab in Unity Hub
Reproduction steps:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Navigate to Learn > Recommended tab
3. Scroll down in the Recommended tab and press the "Show more" button
4. Observe the appeared warning message
Expected result: More tutorials are loaded in the Recommended tab
Actual result: "Something went wrong. Please try again." warning is thrown in the Recommended tab
Reproducible with: 3.1.1
Not reproducible with: 2.4.5
Notes:
- Tested on macOS and Windows
- Workaround: quit Unity Hub, open it, navigate to Learn > Recommended. Tutorials appear in the Recommended tab again.

I have experienced this issue too. I think it happens every time you click the show more button in the recommended tab of the Learn section. It will only show an error saying: Something went wrong. Please try again; None of the recommended Unity Learn tutorials offered are visible only the error message itself after you click "show more". You have to close the hub and restart it to see anything again.
