[HUB] Some templates are differently sized than others when creating new project

*Repro Steps:*
1. In Hub projects tab press "New Project"
2. Observe the template sizes{*}{*}
*Expected:* All templates selection is of equal size
*Actual:* "Cinematic Studio" and "Third Person" templates are larger than other. "First Person" template is smaller than others
*Hub Version: 3.1.2, 3.2.0-beta.1*
*Editor Version: 2021.3.4f1*
*OS and Version: MacOS (M1 Max, 12.3.1), Windows 10, Linux Ubuntu 20.04*
