[Hub] Proxy environment variables are different than stated in the doccumentation
How to reproduce:
1. Create Environment variables for Unity Hub passing through an authenticated proxy
2. Open any Unity project
3. Add a script that using the UnityWebRequest objects connects to an URL
4. Debug the script
Expected results: Connection succeeds
Actual results: Connection fails
