[HUB] Maximize/Minimize and Close buttons don't function when using touch input
Reproduction steps:
# Open Unity Hub
# Press on the Close button using the touch input
Expected result: Unity Hub closes
Actual result: Unity Hub doesn’t close, no visual response from the button
Reproducible with: 3.2.0, 3.3.0
Reproduced on: Windows 10
