[Hub][Mac] Installing Unity Version also installs Mono Framework 5.16 which prevents VS 2019 from launching
Reproduction steps:
1. Install Visual Studio 2019
2. Open Visual Studio 2019 and close it
3. Open Unity Hub and install any Unity Version
4. Open Visual Studio 2019
Expected result: Visual Studio 2019 opens successfully
Actual result: "Could not launch Visual Studio" error is thrown due to missing Mono framework (5.18.1.24+)

Still happens in hub 2.1.0. Installed 2019.1.14 from Hub, on next restart of visual studio got the error message about missing Mono Framework 6 or above.
