[Hub][Linux] Incorrect versions of OpenJDK and NDK get installed when using Hub CLI to install

Package: Hub

-

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the terminal
2. Enter the command “unityhub --headless install --version 2022.2.11f1 --changeset 621cd60d08fd -m android android-sdk-ndk-tools android-open-jdk"
3. Create a new 3D project or open an existing one with the installed Unity Editor version
4. Click Edit > Preferences > External tools
5. Observe the Android OpenJDK and NDK version errors

Expected result: Hub CLI installs the correct OpenJDK and NDK versions
Actual result: Hub CLI installed incorrect OpenJDK and NDK versions

Reproducible with: 3.4.1

Reproducible on: Ubuntu 22.04

Notes:

* Reproduced when downloading the 2022.2.11f1, 2023.1.0b8, and 2023.2.0a5 Unity Editor versions
* Did not reproduce with the 2020.3.46f1 and 2023.3.21f1 Unity Editor versions

  1. Resolution Note (fix version 3.4-beta.1):

Fixed by another internal issue: HUBX-861: “You are missing the recommended JDK/SDK/NDK version. Install the recommended version using Unity Hub“ when installing using Unity Hub CLI
