[Hub] Install fails silently if install path is invalid
Reproduction steps:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Open General Settings
3. Create a text file in a directory
4. Set "Unity Editor Path" to that directory and manually write in the text files name
5. Save
6. Try to install some Unity version
Expected Result: Can't set an invalid path as an install location
Actual Result: Can set an invalid path as an install location/Install fails
Reproduced with: Hub v2.2.2
