Hub fails to download "Android SDK & NDK Tools" module
How to reproduce:
1. Open the Unity Hub Installs section
2. Install any 2022.2 streams version with “Android SDK & NDK Tools” module selected
Expected result: Installation is successful
Actual result: Installation fails on SDK Build Tools and NDK with “ECONNRESET” message
Reproducible with: 3.4.2 (2022.2.x, 2023.1.x, 2023.2.x)
Reproduced on: macOS 13.3.1 (Intel) - User Reported
