[Hub] English quit prompt shown when using Japanese locale while installing a Version
Reproduction steps:
1. Change system's Region and Locale to Japanese and restart the system
2. Open Unity Hub
3. Add any Unity Version
4. While new Unity is being installed, try to close Unity Hub through Tray Icon
Expected result: Prompt window's content is in Japanese
Actual result: Prompt window's content is in English
