[Hub] Editor starts without logging to the account when computer was put to sleep
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the Unity Hub
2. Minimize the Unity Hub to the taskbar
3. Put the computer to sleep for a few hours then wake it up
4. Open the Unity Hub from its minimized state
5. Open any project in the Unity Hub
6. Press the Account menu button in the right upper corner
Expected result: User is successfully logged in
Actual result: Account menu offers to log in, can't press anything in it
Reproducible with: 3.0.0-beta.5
Not reproducible with: 2.4.5
Note:
- Workaround is to restart the Unity Hub
- Not reproducible on MacOS
- Reproducible on Windows
