[HUB] Dropdowns do not work in "Add modules" screen
To reproduce:
1. Open HUB;
2. Go to "Installs" menu;
3. Click on a cog icon in any installed build section;
4. Select "Add modules";
5. Verify that "Add modules" window opens;
6. Click on a dropdown icons next to "DEV TOOLS" or "PLATFORMS" or "LANGUAGE PACKS (PREVIEW);
Expected Results: Section should collapse/expand when dropdown is clicked.
Actual Result: Nothing happens
