Hub doesn't install windows 10 sdk properly
Reproduction steps:
1. Make sure that Visual Studio and Windows 10 SKD is not installed on the machine
2. Install Unity from Hub with the Visual Studio and IL2CPP modules checked
3. Create a new project
4. Switch the Scripting Backend from Mono to IL2CPP
5. Build the project
Expected result: the project builds successfully as the necessary tools have been installed
Actual result: the build fails as the SDK is missing
Notes:
-The machine needs to be restarted after the installation for the SDK to be detected properly
