[Hub] Can't sign in into Unity Hub on windows when running Hub as an Administrator
Reproduction steps:
- On Windows make Edge the default browser
- Right click the Hub and "Run as Administrator"
- (Sign out if you are already signed in)
- Click Sign in
- Edge opens, but doesn't redirect back to Hub and user is not signed in to the Hub
Expected result: Can sign in to Unity Hub
Actual result: Blank page on Microsoft Edge, redirects back to Hub but not signed in.
Reproduced with: 3.0.1
Slack discussion: [https://unity.slack.com/archives/C7MKBJ34G/p1641930068046500]
Extra Notes:
- If you close the Hub but not the Admin launched Edge, sign in still doesn't work. You need to completely close both Administrator Hub + Edge.
- Verify that this isn't an issue with other browsers.

I had this issue in Unity Hub 3.0.1. Sign-in using a VPN tool (I used ProtonVPN). It worked for me
