[Hub] Can't sign in into Unity Hub on windows when running Hub as an Administrator

Package: Hub

-

*Reproduction steps:*
# On Windows make Edge the default browser
# Right click the Hub and "Run as Administrator"
# (Sign out if you are already signed in)
# Click Sign in
# Edge opens, but doesn't redirect back to Hub and user is not signed in to the Hub

Expected result: Can sign in to Unity Hub
Actual result: Blank page on Microsoft Edge, redirects back to Hub but not signed in.

Reproduced with: 3.0.1

Slack discussion: [https://unity.slack.com/archives/C7MKBJ34G/p1641930068046500]

*Extra Notes:*
- If you close the Hub but not the Admin launched Edge, sign in still doesn't work. You need to completely close both Administrator Hub + Edge.
- Verify that this isn't an issue with other browsers.

  1. Resolution Note:

There are no fixes planned for this Bug

  2. Resolution Note (3.4.X):

After some investigation we decided to close this ticket because of low priority. We might reconsider reopening it if priorities change.

I had this issue in Unity Hub 3.0.1. Sign-in using a VPN tool (I used ProtonVPN). It worked for me
