HttpWebRequest.Headers property is referenced incorrectly
Building a project which accesses HttpWebRequest.Headers fails with
Error building Player: Exception: Error: type `System.Collections.Specialized.NameValueCollection` doesn't exist in target framework. It is referenced from Assembly-CSharp.dll at System.Void TestHttp::Start().
Error: method `System.Void System.Collections.Specialized.NameValueCollection::set_Item(System.String,System.String)` doesn't exist in target framework. It is referenced from Assembly-CSharp.dll at System.Void TestHttp::Start().
Building the same http code with Visual Studio does not cause any issues.
Could not be reproduced with live Unity 4.3.3 version.
