Hover effect in the Hierarchy window appears when selecting an asset in the Project Browser
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Set Project Browser layout to Two Column
3. Select an asset at the top in the second column
4. Observe the Hierarchy window
Expected results: No changes appears in the Hierarchy window
Actual results: Hover effect appears for the Hierarchy window asset in the same relative position as in the Project Browser window
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0b2, 2020.2.0b3
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.27f1, 2019.4.11f1, 2020.1.6f1, 2020.2.0b1
