[Hotkeys] Ctrl+hotkey combination same as editor's default does not work in play mode
Ctrl + some keys (a,s,d,z,x,c,v,b...) are not working in editor's play mode.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project's scene "TestScene" (Assets/Resources/).
2. Enter play mode.
3. Press ctrl key, and try to move.
4. Character is not moving - default editor's functions are called.
