Hotkeys are being activated when entering text to any input field in the Editor
To reproduce:
1. Open any project
2. Try to input any string to a string field found anywhere in the editor
3. Observe Editor's main toolbar
Expected: hotkeys are not activate when inputting to string field
Actual: hotkeys are being activated when inputting to string field
Reproduced in: 2018.2.0a6, 2018.2.0b1
Not reproduced in: 2017.3.2f1, 2017.4.1f1, 2018.1.0f1, 2018.2.0a5
Note1: hotkeys that are triggered include: Q, W, E, R, T, Y, Z, X
Note2: field examples: transform float fields, Hierarchy window search field, rename fields
