[Hololens] InteractionSourcePressedEventArgs and InteractionSource returns a incorrect data on airtap
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the Main.unity scene
3. Switch platform to Windows Store
4. Build and run for Hololens or use Holographics emulation
5. Open GestureStateData.cs
6. When doing an airtap + drag on HoloLens, inspect MRWSAInput.InteractionSource source at line and 218 and MRWSAInput.InteractionSourcePressedEventArgs args at line 367
7. InteractionSourcePressType will return "None" instead of "Select" and MRWSAInput.InteractionSourceKind will return "Others" instead of "Hand"
Note:
Grasped, ThumbstickPressed, TouchpadPressed and TouchpadTouched are always true, even though a hand had none of these components
The capabilities in the source seem wrong. A hand does not support grasp, menu, pointing or touchpad
SelectPressed is always false, even when the finger is down
Expected result: InteractionSourcePressType should return "Select" instead of "None" and MRWSAInput.InteractionSourceKind should return "Hand" instead of "Others"
Actual result: InteractionSourcePressType will return "None" instead of Should be "Select" and MRWSAInput.InteractionSourceKind will return "Others" instead of "Hand"
Reproduced with: 2017.2.1p2, 2017.3.0p2, 2018.1.0b3, 2018.2.0a1
