[Hololens] Deployed app will not run under a certain configuration
App will deploy but not run with the following configuration:
Scripting Runtime: Legacy (.NET 3.5 Equivalent)
Scripting Backend: .NET
Solution Configuration: x86 (Master)
To reproduce:
1. Build linked project with specified runtime and backend settings above in Unity
2. Build an appx from visual studio with x86 (Master) config
3. Deploy app to Hololens via WebB
4. Attempt to launch app on device
