[Hololens 2] GameObjects with an ARAnchor attached are deleted when disabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "ARAnchorTestProject.zip"
2. Build the project for UWP
3. Open the built project in Visual Studio
4. Deploy Solution on HoloLens 2
5. Press the "Add Anchor" button
6. Press the "Disable last added Anchor Object" button
Expected results: The last added Anchor Object is not deleted
Actual results: The last added Anchor Object is deleted
Reproducible with: 2020.3.40f1, 2021.3.11f1, 2022.1.20f1
Could not test with: 2022.2.0b10, 2023.1.0a13 (compilation errors in the Console window)
Reproducible on: HoloLens 2
