Regression
Yes
Hold on window appears and loads infinitely when setting ProfilerDriver.selectedPropertyPath while the Profiler holds no frames
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "SetSelection" project
2. Open the "SetSelectionTestScript" window (Test->SetSelectionTestWindow)
3. In the "Selection To Set" field type in "asd" and press the "Set Selection" button
Expected results: The property path is selected in the Profiler
Actual results: The Hold on window appears and loads infinitely locking the Editor
Reproducible with: 2020.1.3f1, 2020.1.6f1, 2020.2.0a21, 2020.2.0b3
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.27f1, 2019.4.8f1, 2020.1.0a1, 2020.1.2f1, 2020.2.0a1, 2020.2.0a20
Could not test with: 2019.4.9f1, 2019.4.11f1 because when setting the selection the "Assertion failed on expression" error is thrown
Notes:
- Setting the selection when there are recorded/imported frames in the Profiler will not cause Unity to load infinitely
